Dear clients,

Until a time ago, all the payments realised by our services had obligatorily to be notified through a ticket or mail.

Thanks to works carried out in the system we have been able to change a little the subject being as they follow:


Paypal payments (Cards of credit): It does not require notification while it has been realised through area of clients
Paypal payments (Cards of credit): If it were realised directly from Paypal, it can add a “Subject” or “Commentary” with the number of the collection or the service that is paying, will be confirmed in less than 12 hours.

Payments by Transference or I deposit (Chile): It must notify the payment by Ticket or Mail (unless its bank sends a mail to us), will be confirmed in maximum 24 hours.
Payments by Transference or I deposit (Peru): It must notify the payment by Ticket or Mail, will be confirmed in maximum 48 hours.

Payments by Wester Union: It must notify the payment by Ticket or Mail, will be confirmed in 48-72 hours in average.



We hope with this to clarify a pair of questions that we usually received, as well as to confirm that the payments by Paypal (realised through area of clients) do not require to be notified.
